The Need-to-Know Before You Go

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes. 

 

GATE TIMES 

You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings. 

 

PARKING LOTS 

Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking. 

 

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS 

There's a designated drop off and pick-up tent located at the main entrance for ride-share services. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off or picking up and they’ll show you the way. 

 

WHEN YOU GET HERE 

You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). BOX OFFICE Open on Mondays and Fridays from 10AM to 4PM. THE MERCH Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the Forest and Lake Plazas. 

 

DESIGNATED DRIVERS 

Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special poker chip from guest services and you can enjoy free fountain sodas at any of our drink concessions. 

 

RECYCLING 

You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

 

CAMPING

There's no camping or overnight parking available. 

 

TAILGATING

Tailgating is not permitted
